Analysis of the appropriation of a connected object : an experiential and dimensional approach

The evolution and interactivity of connected objects promise a continuous improvement of the consumer experience, especially through the adaptation of the object and the development of its functionalities. But in some cases, the evolving nature of the object can lead to a situation where the user has to reappropriate it.
